Exchanges or Refunds:
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as we expect them to (we are all human). And in particular with shoes (those 52 little bones in our feet can be a bit tricky sometimes.
If you are having issues with your shoes (sizing, fit, feel etc) we would suggest the following steps :

Condition of shoes:
Please make sure you try your shoes on inside. And also keep the original box/packaging. Thank you!
Exchange:
We can definitely help with exchanges (up to 30 days after) if needed. If the size that you are after is not available on our website please let us know (it is likely we can still get the size you require from our suppliers).
Refunds:
We understand refunds may be needed from time to time.
Please give us a call/email/message as per the contact details above. We will be able to give you details to send your shoes back and organise a refund.
